Returns & Exchanges

Returns

- You have 14 days from when you receive the shipment to request the return of your order.

-The products that you are going to return must not be used, otherwise no change or return can be made. The packages must contain the complete packaging and in perfect condition, with everything you found inside.

- Happy Charms reserves the right not to accept the return if, once the package is received, it is observed that it has been received in inappropriate conditions.

- You must send an email to info@happycharms.es where the information of the shipping data for the return will be sent. The charges thereof are borne by the buyer.

Changes

To make a change, it must be managed as if it were a return to the email info@happycharms and we will send you a gift card to spend on the web.
